Meet the Team Behind the Grind

Team Grind

We’re not just reimagining oral care—we’re flipping it on its head. At Grind Goods, we’re a crew fueled by a shared belief: toothpaste should be as bold and effective as the people using it. Our team brings together the best from dental science, high-end product design, and a relentless drive to challenge the ordinary.

We’re here to “grind it out” every day, crafting a toothpaste that’s anything but boring. Every tube of Grind is a testament to quality, craftsmanship, and a rebellious streak that sets us apart. We’re on a mission to elevate your daily grind, one brush at a time—with confidence, style, and just the right amount of grit.

THE FOUNDER

Roger Gindlesperger Jr

Roger spent 20 years in the U.S. Army, 13 of those in Special Operations, where “quit” wasn’t an option. But even after facing the toughest missions on the planet, his hardest battle came after the uniform—fighting PTSD and the daily grind of mental health.

He learned one brutal truth: when your mind’s in chaos, even brushing your teeth can feel like climbing Everest. And that’s when it hit him—mental health, physical health, and oral health aren’t just connected, they’re inseparable. The world didn’t need another boring toothpaste. It needed something that pushes back when life gets heavy.

Enter Grind. It’s more than toothpaste—it’s a call to action. A gritty, unapologetic reminder that even when life punches hard, you can punch back. Pick up the tube, brush it out, and prove to yourself that you can handle the small stuff—and everything else that comes next.

Grind was born for the fighters, the hustlers, and the ones who refuse to quit.
